Angelface Puppies Health Guarantee

1.  Seller guarantees this puppy to be currently healthy and to be free from any serious congenital defect.

2.  Buyer agrees to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three days of purchase. 

3.  If any health problems are diagnosed within three days, buyer may return puppy immediately for a full refund of purchase price.   Common puppy hood illnesses are excluded, such as roundworms, URI, and any other conditions deemed minor.  In no case will seller be responsible for incurred veterinary expenses.  Also excluded is hypoglycemia, as seller is no longer in control of the puppy’s environment and care. 

4.  If any major congenital or heredity defects are diagnosed within one year of purchase, buyer may return puppy within three days of diagnosis for a replacement puppy of comparable value. 

5.  Minor congenital defects that are excluded from this guarantee are:  hernias, teeth misalignment (overbite or underbite), luxating patella, retained testicles, and any other non life-threatening conditions.

6.  Buyer agrees to feed puppy a premium puppy food and to continue follow-up vet visits, worming, and vaccination schedules.

7.  This contract and all other transactions are considered to be initiated and finalized in the county of Cedar, state of Missouri.

8.  If any conditions of this contract are not properly enacted, the entire contract will be null and void.

9.  I have read and agree to abide by the terms of this contract.
